Bravery! As Abhimanyu entered “Chakravyuh” formation, a fierce battle followed. He suddenly penetrated enemy ranks & so all Kaurava warriors joyfully surrounded him & released showers of arrows. Abhimanyu blazed up like fire & began consuming Kaurava soldiers as if they were heaps of dry grass. Ranging throughout enemy ranks, he caused entire battlefield to become strewn with innumerable severed limbs & heads, piles of smashed armour, weapons & countless broken chariots While witnessing Abhimanyu’s superhuman prowess, hair of all Kaurava soldiers stood on end & in panic they began fleeing. Duryodhana couldn't tolerate this & so he angrily rushed to check Abhimanyu. Drona ordered all his leading chariot warriors to assist Kaurava king & thus Abhimanyu was soon surrounded. Amazingly, Abhimanyu not only fearlessly checked all great Kaurava warriors with his torrents of arrows, but also pierced Karna so deeply that his entire body became paralysed while

  Haste makes waste! As 13th day of the war started, Duryodhana went to Drona, being very angry & depressed because of Pāndava’s previous day’s successes & said: O Preceptor! It is obvious that you’re intentionally breaking your promise. Even though Yudhisthira had come within easy reach, you refrained from seizing him These sharp words made Drona feel very hurt & ashamed. He said: O King! You should not accuse me like this, for I am making a genuine effort to fight whole-heartedly on your behalf. What you fail to realize is that with Krsna & Arjun on battlefield, Pāndava’s cannot be defeated. Still, since you're prodding me like this, I hereby solemnly vow that today, I’ll kill one of the leading warriors of Pāndava side. Just keep Arjun away from me, for in his presence I’m helpless to do anything Drona then arrayed his army in a circular formation. As soon as fighting began, the Samsaptakas challenged Arjun & could take him to a distant place on battlefield.

Illusions of ignorance! Two of Sakuni's brothers, Vrsaka & Acala, rushed at Arjun piercing him with arrows. Arjun turned to meet his assailants & after killing Vrsaka's horses, he slaughtered 500 of the supporting Gandhara soldiers. Vrsaka got onto his brother's chariot & the two continued showering arrows at Arjun. Infuriated, Arjun performed an exceedingly amazing feat by killing both brothers with a single arrow When they saw this, Dhartarashtras rushed at Arjun, hoping to retaliate, while Sakuni, who had become mad with rage due to death of his brothers, employed a mystic power to create fearful illusions. Innumerable clubs, spears, swords, arrows & other weapons began falling upon Arjun as swarms of crows & fierce Raksasas hungrily rushed towards him as if to devour him with gaping mouths Arjun employed celestial arrows to attack the ferocious Raksasas so that they soon fell mortally wounded to ground screaming painfully. Fall down! When Sri Krsna came in between Arjun & the Vaishnava weapon hurled by Bhagadatta, Arjun was very unhappy. Once the goddess presiding over earth approached Me at that time & said: Lord! I’ve come here to beg for a benediction on behalf of my son Naraka. Pls give him Vaishnava weapon so he'll not be slain by any demigod or demon. I rep
