Soul!
After Drona had been killed during the fifteenth day of battle; Sanjaya hurried back to Hastinapura so that he could relate everything to Dhritarashtra. Coming before his master, Sanjaya first offered his respects and then said: My dear King! after killing more than two akshauhinis of the Pāndava army, Dronācharya has been slain by Dhrishtadyumna
Upon
receiving this news, terrible grief swelled within Dhritrāshtra’s heart. With
great agitation he replied: O Sanjaya, please tell me everything that took
place. Drona was unconquerable! How could he have been killed?
Actually,
Dhritarashtra went into a state of shock and disbelief upon hearing of Drona's
death. After repeatedly questioning Sanjaya, he suddenly fainted, falling
unconscious onto the floor. Dhritrāshtra’s servants quickly came &
sprinkled cool water over his body and fanned him as the palace ladies rubbed
his hands. Slowly raising him up, the ladies placed unconscious Dhritarashtra
back on his throne
Soon
thereafter, a violent tremor passed through the old blind king’s body as he
began to regain consciousness. Finally, after coming to his senses,
Dhritrāshtra once again requested Sanjaya to give him a blow-by-blow account of
the battle
Dhritrāshtra
had lost all hope for his sons' victory. In that mood he declared: Oh! Because
Sri Krsna is the Pandavas' benefactor & protector, there is no possibility
of their being defeated! Sri Krsna is the Supreme Personality of Godhead &
refuge of all living entities. He is the Absolute Truth who unchangingly
& eternally exists beyond the relative dualities of material existence.
For
this reason, the great sages chant His transcendental glories to attain the
highest state of Tranquility & spiritual bliss. I shall also describe Sri
Krsna’s heroic pastimes to pacify my mind, which is reeling because of the
grief I feel while contemplating the impending massacre of my sons
Dhritrāshtra
recounted Sri Krsna's pastimes in Vrindavan, Mathura & Dwarka He had
enacted along with His eternal associates. One after another, he narrated the
stories of how Krsna killed numerous demons & then defeated all demigods
while taking away the Parijata flower from heavenly planets
Dhritrāshtra
declared: Even if my sons were somehow able to defeat Pandavas in battle, I
know that Sri Krsna would put on His armor & destroy them in retaliation. Oh,
how foolish my son is for not recognizing supreme position of Krsna & His
eternal associate Arjun

Occupational
activities a man performs according to his own position are only so much
useless labor if they do not provoke attraction for the message of the
Personality of Godhead
We may be involved in different occupational activities as per different conceptions of life. For gross materialist who cannot see anything beyond gross material body, there is nothing beyond the senses, hence his activities are limited to concentrated & extended selfishness limited to the body & mind. But above body & mind is the dormant spirit soul whose absence from body makes the whole range of bodily & mental selfishness completely null and void & is of no value
Where we operate?
Thoughts?
