When you feel it yourself
The foremost of celestials with great delight said to Rām-O Monarch! Proceed to Ayodhya from here together with illustrious & devoted Sitā. See Bharata, your brother who is practicing austerities through grief caused by separation from you. Meet Shatrughna & all your mothers. Get consecrated on the throne & bring joy on the faces of the citizens of Ayodhya
Thus, speaking to Rām & Laxman, Indra together with all celestials returned to heaven in their aerial cars, shining like Sun. The brothers respectfully saluted all celestials & instructed the Vānara army to take rest in their respective places
Vibhishana, the newly appointed King of Lankā, wished victory to Rām & with joined palms said-These women with lotus like eyes, who are skilled in the art of decoration, have come with bathing accessories, garments, ornaments, sandal paste & beautiful garlands of various types. They will assist you in bathing O Rām!
Hearing these words, Rām replied-You pls invite the Vānaras headed by Sugriva for the bath. My virtuous brother Bharata, who is accustomed to comfort, is a delicate youth, is great armed & is consistent with truth is suffering a lot on my account. In the absence of Bharata, who is living outside of Ayodhya & is practicing virtue, ritual bathing, garments, and jewels are not my liking. Please see how we may return to Ayodhya soonest as my brothers are waiting for me & my heart aches to meet them too
Hearing the words of Rām, Vibhishana’s eyes welled up in tears and said-O Prince! I will get you to Ayodhya in a day
A leader leads by example. He shows empathy towards his subjects feeling others situation as his & living it too. He needs to compassionately engage with others. There is need to see all living beings equally and in the light of spiritual knowledge, understand that everyone is similar in their longing for joy & vulnerable in their sorrow. To connect means to assist & help all with compassion & inspire others to elevate themselves. Empathy is Key!

He is a perfect yogī who, by comparison to his own self, sees the true equality of all beings, in both their happiness and their distress, O Arjuna!
