Purity
Brahmā further eulogized Rām saying-You appear as Sesha, the serpent who bears 3 worlds, celestials et al. O Rām! I’m your heart, Saraswati is your tongue & celestials created by me are hairs on your limbs. Night is recognized by closing of your eyelids & day when it is open. The correct usage of your words are the Vedas. Bereft of you, visible universe does not exist. The entire cosmos is your body. The earth constitutes your firmness, fire is your anger & moon constitutes your placidity
You’re lord Vishnu who bears mark of Srivatsa on his chest. In the past 3 worlds were occupied by you in 3 strides, after binding the formidable Bali & Indra was made king by you. Sitā is no other than Goddess Laxmi, divine consort of Vishnu. You’re having a shrinkable dark-blue hue. For the destruction of Rāvan, you’ve taken this human form on this earth
O Rām! Foremost amongst supporter of righteousness, as aforesaid purpose of yours has been fulfilled, return to your divine abode with rejoice. Unerring is your valor & your exploits are never in vain. Your blessed sight is powerful & songs of your praise never go in vain. Humans who are full of devotion to you will never be unsuccessful on this earth. Those who are devoted to you, the primeval eternal lord & Supreme Person, will forever attain their desired objects here as well as after
Hearing auspicious words of Brahmā, the fire-god came up from pyre bringing Sitā in his arms. Shaking off that funeral pile, fire god sprang up at once in a personified form with Sitā, the daughter of Janaka. The youthful Sitā was shining brightly as rising Sun, was decked in ornaments of refined gold, in a red robe & looked absolutely beyond reproach. She looked just the same as she did while entering the fire. She was thus restored to Rām
The fire-god said to Rām-Here is your Sitā. No sin exists in her. The auspicious lady whose character is spotless, has never been unfaithful to you. She is endowed with the strength of character in words, mind, intellect & actions. Separated by you, the helpless lady was taken away by Rāvan from the lonely hermitage, but her mind was always fixed upon you. She was detained in Lankā with frightful demons in guard. She always ignored Rāvan even though allured & frightened by various means
Take back Sitā who is sinless & of pure character. She should not be told any harsh words. I hereby command you
abhayaṁ sattva-saṁśuddhir jñāna-yoga-vyavasthitiḥ
When one is pure, has cultivated spiritual knowledge, does austerity & lives with simplicity, he can always be assured of being elevated from the material plane and its impurities. These activities in mode of goodness are considered auspicious for progress on the path of righteousness & are transcendental by nature. Following this path with conviction brings fearlessness together with purification of consciousness
In our life we should always focus on our bonding to purity & knowledge for everlasting bliss
