Loving bonds!


Honoring the words of Rām, Vibhishana affectionately invited all Vānaras & happily gave riches, precious stones & gold to each of them. Seeing them honored, Rām was very much pleased and proceeded to mount Pushpaka Vimāna. He mounted the chariot along with his valiant brother Laxman & illustrious Sitā. Bestowing attention on all Vānaras & mighty Sugriva, Rām said-O the foremost of Vānaras! The work of a friend has been accomplished by you. I would request you to return to Kishkindha as per your will


O Sugriva! All that which ought to be done by an affectionate friend has been done by you. You are always on the path of righteousness. I thankyou from the bottom of my heart


O Vibhishana! Settle down in your kingdom at Lankā, conferred to you. Even the celestials including Indra, shall not be able to attack you


I’m now going to Ayodhya, the seat of governance of my Father. I wish to take leave of you all & bid adieu


Hearing the words of Rām, the Vānara chiefs, Vānaras, Vibhishana & other demons, all of them with joined palms, said-We all wish to proceed to Ayodhya. Pls take all of us there & we would rejoice in Ayodhya. We want to see you coronated as the King of Ayodhya & shall return after attending the ceremony. Hearing this request, Rām said-Something more dearer than everything dear, will be achieved by me, if I reach Ayodhya with the host of my friends along with all of you, I would be delighted to the core


O Sugriva! Mount the chariot quickly along with all Vānaras. O Vibhishana! You also ascend the Vimāna with all your councilors


With all of them, that excellent air chariot belonging to Kubera, flew into sky after being duly authorized by Rām


A leader should develop such loving bonds with the team, that each & everyone of them feel enthused to be with him in the thick & thin. They reverberate at heart and feel one through the ups & downs


Heart is the seat of all emotions & the most central of all emotions is love. Our longing to love & be loved is at the core of our soul & as such, if the leader develops such bonds with subjects, they go to any length & breadth of belongingness to him. All feel happy by gaining increasingly accessible level of connection with the leader & delight in contributing

  Make or break!   When Salya agreed to drive Karna’s chariot only on condition that he must be allowed to speak freely whatever he likes, Duryodhana and Karna readily agreed & thus a contract was made. Duryodhana flattered Salya by comparing him to Lord Brahmā, who formerly became Shiva’s charioteer at the time of destroying Tripura   Duryodhana concluded his long talk by saying: Dear Salya, Parasurāma delivered the entire science of weapons to Karna. Therefore, we must intelligently conclude that Karna cannot really be a sutā’s son. He must be the offspring of a demigod born in a Kshatriya family & then abandoned at infancy. Grudge-The heaviest thing to hold! Asvattāma hurriedly yoked horses to his chariot & set out, as Krpa & Krtvarma anxiously followed him. He soon arrived at Pāndava camp & saw a gigantic being with enormous head with flames emanating from his eyes, nose, ear & mouth   Asvattāma fearlessly attacked that awesome being with his celestial weapons but failed in all his attempt. He thought to himself: Krpa had warned me that persons who don’t listen to their elders must lament later. The frustration of my attempt must be due to its inherently sinful nature.
